  Creative people were the first to look at these buildings. They had the opportunity to get spacious apartments with large windows and very high ceilings for next to nothing. And that there is no decoration, but as if the artist needs them.

  By the 50s of the last century, the government started up and increased the cost of renting and buying. These buildings are clearly gaining popularity! And now the richer people have become the main tenants, who have already formed the loft as a style and spread it around the world.

  There are fewer and fewer factories now, especially outside the US. It is much cheaper to demolish the old building and build an apartment building. But for fans of style, developers are still building modern, stylized houses.

  What makes a loft so unusual?

  To begin with, we understand that all this is just decor in the loft style, but an apartment will not suit the real style. But we can make decor. Go.
