Lewis is a very skilled plumber and heating engineer who finds a solution to any problem. He worked for us in an extremely conscientious and professional way – nothing was too much or too difficult for him. He responds to all calls and is very willing to come out and sort out problems – he came out on a Sunday recently to mend a leak. He is extremely hard working and very keen to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. He was a pleasure to have in our home and I would recommend him however complicated the work may be. Lewis has been a great help to us in a very difficult time. After buying a new house we discovered that the entire heating system needed to be re-piped because many of the microbores were totally blocked due to the original builder using the wrong pipes. Lewis managed to fit us in just before Christmas by working 12+ hours every day for a week. His work was very neat and tidy and he managed to do minimal damage to the chipboard floors – even though they were glued down! In addition to the problem with the pipes, there was also an intermittent fault with the boiler, where it kept cutting out. It turned out that the fault was actually created by another well known and highly rated company in the area when they fitted a new oil pump to fix an oil leak – they did not bother to re-calibrate the air intake / mixture after fitting the pump. Lewis was quite happy to wait for the final payment until all these problems were sorted out. I therefore have no hesitation in recomending him. Thank you very much Lewis!
