Contract manufacturing of facial emulsion
Facial emulsion in cosmetics
Facial emulsion is a cosmetic product aimed at facial skin care, containing a minimum amount of oils. The contract manufacturing of facial emulsion is developing a product that has a lighter texture, it actively moisturizes the skin, does not leave a greasy sheen.
However, this does not mean at all that creams are definitely worse than emulsions. These types of cosmetics complement each other rather than interchange, and also perform different functions.
Also cannot replace emulsions and serums. Their purpose is usually more specialized, while emulsions are suitable for complex care.

FAQ
Facial emulsion: types
The maximum effectiveness of the product can only be achieved by choosing the right product for the type of facial skin and the desired effect. Contract manufacturing of cosmetics produces various types of emulsions:
- vitamin face emulsion nourishes the skin and saturates it with useful substances. A rich complex of active ingredients helps the emulsion to show maximum effectiveness on the skin of the face;
- sun protection facial emulsion contains ingredients that protect the skin from the harmful effects of sunlight. You can use such an emulsion not only on summer days, but also at any time of the year, as it protects the skin from photoaging;
- moisturizing facial emulsion has a minimum amount of oils in the composition. But most of the moisturizing components and extracts. Therefore, it is easily absorbed and instantly restores the hydro-lipid balance;
- mattifying emulsion hides oily sheen and skin imperfections. However, unlike decorative cosmetics, the emulsion solves problems from the inside;
- emulsion for problem skin helps to cope with imperfections more comprehensively.
Emulsion for a face with a snail, for example, makes external aggressive environmental factors less noticeable. It protects the skin and solves existing problems.
Development of a facial emulsion formulation
Cosmetics contract manufacturing strives to create a product that is easily absorbed, does not leave a greasy shine and effectively cares for the skin. To do this, emulsions maintain a strict balance of fat and water phases, as well as an emulsifier to balance the system.
It is preferable to use natural oils: shea, coconut, almond, peach, jojoba, macadamia, etc. And supplement the water phase with extracts of plant origin: grapes, lemon, cucumber, nettle, oats.
The active ingredients must form complexes with each other. For example, cosmetics contract manufacturing recommends the use of clays, zinc oxide, talc for problem skin prone to breakouts. Hyaluronic acid and extracts can provide active hydration, while oils and panthenol have a healing effect. Collagen and elastin fight the appearance of wrinkles. There are many such combinations, so the task of the technologist is to choose exactly the combination that suits a particular type of skin.
Contract manufacturing of facial emulsion
The production of facial emulsion requires equipment, qualified personnel, a rich raw material base, and much more. Contract manufacturing of cosmetics solves all these problems and delivers its products to the consumer in the shortest possible time.
The cycle begins with the development of a recipe, taking into account all the wishes of the client, goes through the creation of samples, paperwork, cooking, packaging and delivery of cosmetics. At each stage, the product undergoes quality and compliance control.
That is why contract manufacturing is a profitable way to start manufacturing your product.

Description
Turbid liquid from almost colorless to yellow, uniform in appearance.
Pharmacotherapeutic group: laxative
ATX code: AO6AD61
Pharmacological properties
Lactulose is a synthetic disaccharide consisting of galactose and fructose. In humans, there are no hydrolases that can break down a disaccharide to the corresponding monosaccharides. Therefore, when taken orally, lactulose is practically not metabolized, is not absorbed in the stomach and small intestine, and enters the large intestine unchanged.
Under the influence of disaccharidases of the microflora of the large intestine, lactulose is fermented to monosaccharides, and then to short-chain carboxylic acids. Bacterial transformation of lactulose leads to a decrease in the pH of the intestinal contents, the accumulation of short-chain fatty acids and increased peristalsis.
Short-chain carboxylic acids reduce the pH level in the colon, which is accompanied by an increase in peristalsis and suppression of the growth of proteolytic microflora. The rapid adsorption of short chain fatty acids in the distal colon improves the absorption of water, sodium, and other electrolytes.
As a result, lactulose has a laxative effect and normalizes bowel function, stimulating the growth and reproduction of normal intestinal microflora (bifidogenic factor).
Excretion from the body – with intestinal contents, only 3% of the drug is excreted by the kidneys.
Simethicone is a defoaming agent. When ingested in the digestive tract, it is not absorbed and is excreted from the body unchanged. By reducing the surface tension at the phase boundary, it hinders the formation and contributes to the destruction of gas bubbles in the contents of the gastrointestinal tract. The gases released during this can be absorbed by the intestinal walls or excreted from the body. Reduces the feeling of discomfort in the abdomen, sometimes accompanying the action of lactulose.
Indications for use
Constipation, stool regulation in hemorrhoids, need for colon and perianal surgery, Hepatic encephalopathy (hyperammonemia) in adults: treatment and prevention of hepatic coma/precoma. Normalization of bowel activity. Treatment and prevention of dysbiosis of various etiologies. Restoration of normal intestinal flora after antibiotic therapy.
Contraindications
Galactosemia, intestinal obstruction, perforation or risk of perforation of the walls of the gastrointestinal tract fructose intolerance, galactose, lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption, hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, acute inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease), pain in abdomen of unknown origin (for example, suspected appendicitis).
With care
Rectal bleeding of unknown etiology, colostomy, ileostomy, diabetes mellitus.
Use during pregnancy and during breastfeeding
The drug Dinolac® can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Dosage and administration
Inside. If given as a single daily dose, it must be taken at the same time each day (eg, during breakfast). For constipation:
-
children under 1 year: 5 ml / day.
-
children from 1 to 6 years: 5-10 ml / day;
-
children from 7 to 14 years: 15 ml / day;
-
children over 14 years of age and adults: in the first three days, 15-45 ml / day, then 10-30 ml / day.
Hepatic encephalopathy (hyperammonemia) in adults: treatment and prevention of hepatic precoma / coma: orally 30-50 ml 3 times a day, the daily dose may be 90-190 ml; then switch to an individually selected maintenance dose so that soft stools are a maximum of 2-3 times a day.
In elderly patients, patients with renal and hepatic insufficiency, dose adjustment is not required, since the systemic effect of lactulose is very small.
When used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age, the safety and efficacy of lactulose in children and adolescents with hepatic encephalopathy under the age of 18 years has not been established due to the lack of clinical data.
With intestinal dysbacteriosis:
children over 7 years and adults: 5 ml 1-2 times a day. The dose is selected individually. When taking, it is recommended to use a measuring cup.
During therapy with laxatives, it is recommended to take a sufficient amount of fluid (1.5-2 liters, which is equal to 6-8 glasses) per day.
Shake before use.
Side effect
In the case of the use of high doses of the drug during long-term treatment of hepatic encephalopathy, the patient may develop disturbances in the water and electrolyte balance, which may manifest as weakness, fatigue, dizziness, headache, nausea, myalgia, arrhythmias.
Gastrointestinal disorders:
Very common (>1/10): diarrhea.
Often (>1/100, <1/10): nausea, vomiting, pain in the abdomen.
When used in children, a similar safety profile is expected compared to that in adults.
Overdose
In case of overdose, abdominal pain and diarrhea may occur, which requires dose adjustment.
Interaction with other drugs
Antacids and antibiotics active against lactobacilli and bifidobacteria (neomycin, clindamycin, rifaximin) reduce the effect of lactulose.
With the simultaneous use of the drug with tizide and loop diuretics, glucocorticosteroids, amphotericin B, an increase in potassium excretion is possible; with drugs that cause constipation (opiates, aluminum hydroxide) – it is possible to weaken the effect of lactulose; with cardiac glycosides – it is possible to increase their pharmacological action.
Special instructions
In case of abdominal pain of unknown etiology, before taking the drug or the absence of a therapeutic effect a few days after the start of taking, it is necessary to consult a doctor. In children, on the background of drug therapy, a disorder of the bowel reflex may occur.
Periodic monitoring of the concentration of electrolytes in the blood plasma should be carried out with long-term use of high doses of the drug (in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy), especially in elderly patients.
Please note that the drug may contain small amounts of associated sugars (eg lactose, galactose, fructose). In the treatment of hepatic (pre)coma, high doses of the drug are usually used, and the sugar content in it should be taken into account in patients with diabetes mellitus.
When treating children, laxatives should be used in exceptional cases and under medical supervision.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms
The use of the drug Dinolac® does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms, perform other work that requires increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
